We at Kiseryan Girls Senior academy endeavour to flourish in co curricular activities. Our major activities include: volleyball, soccer, handball, netball, basketball and indoor games like table tennis. We happen to represent Kajiado county in volleyball at the metropolitan level in 2012 and in basketball we were able to play the finals of 2013 at county level with Laiser Hill Academy where we narrowly lost. Our girls are so outgoing and in 2015 we emerged second best in volleyball and football at the Makadara tournament which is usually very competitive and usually attracts teams from different places. We also nurture talents among our students therefore we are able to identify them and place them in suitable sports categories. We always have talent show events every second term where our students showcase their ability in different skill sets such as modelling, art, cookery etc. We also have clubs and societies which are also strong pillars in the school curriculum. Some classes have gone an extra mile to instil some skills to the learners’ e.g entrepreneurship and art club. The scouts have also been instrumental in enhancing life saving skills in learners and are in the process of coming up with a school band. The other societies like C.U and Y.C.S have spiritually enabled the school to minimize on indiscipline cases. We believe in wholistic growth of our learners and therefore we make sure we have something for them outside the classroom.
